Looking for something more intimate or closer to a different part of the Island?  We offer venue sourcing assistance.  This service is more like a quick consultation where we discuss you and your event in great detail – ideal time period, headcount, budget and other factors necessary in sourcing a perfect place for you and/or your event.  We will then look at the different properties and/or venues we partner with on Whidbey Island to see which ones meet your criteria and set up a day and time to meet to show you your options.  Some of the locations we may show you may require the engagement of our services, while others will not.  At the end of the appointment, you will have seen a handful of wedding venues that meet your criteria and you will be free to continue on without further engagement of our services.  We charge a flat rate to source, meet and show properties.  The appointment to show properties typically runs about 2 to 4 hours.  To find your perfect place, contact us and say Hello

Events on Whidbey Island are easily planned and managed from afar.  We have many charming properties and/or venues to choose from when planning a destination retreat, family reunion or gathering.  Whidbey Island is just a short 15 minute ferry ride from Seattle via the Mukilteo/Clinton Ferry or the Port Townsend/Coupeville Ferry routes.  You can also drive over Deception Pass Bridge to reach Whidbey Island.  No matter what type of property and/or venue you choose, we are here to help transform your event space.

Groups can be shuttled to the Island by Whidbey Sea-Tac Shuttle.  Spend the day touring the Island with a wine and distillery tour or have an adventure by sea with a whale watching tour by Deception Pass Tours.
